Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1 (original plaintiff), on instructions of the Respondent No.1, who is present in Court states that the Respondent No.1 will not act upon or execute the order dated 10th January, 2020, passed in Regular Application No.1 of 2020 in RCS No.28 of 2018, for a period of three weeks from today, in order to enable the Petitioner to move the Appellate Court, for interim orders. Statement accepted.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1, learned counsel for the Petitioner, does not press

It is made clear, that this petition has not been considered on merits. All contentions of all parties are kept open before the Appellate Court.
