Heard. These Applications are preferred by the Plaintiffs for condonation of 287 days delay in Basavraj G Patil 1/2
305.15-caa+ filing the Appeals from Order challenging the orders dated 04/03/2018 passed by the Bombay City Civil Court, Mumbai in respective Notices of Motion in the above suits.

The learned counsel for the Respondent vehemently opposed the Civil Application. He submits that the Applicants have not shown sufficient cause for condonation of inordinate delay of 287 days in filing the appeals.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicants and the averments made in the Applications, I am satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case for allowing the present Civil Applications.

Hence, the following order:
A) Civil Applications are allowed.
B) Delay of 287 days in filing the above Appeals from Order is condoned.
C) Civil applications stand disposed off accordingly.
