The wife has filed D.V. proceedings in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate's Court, Court No.11, Kurla, Mumbai while the husband has filed divorce proceedings before the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division,Vasai. The parties agree that the matters be transferred to Family Court, Bandra Mumbai. The application and request in the reply are allowed,. 2.

HMP No.267 of 2017 pending before the Civil Judge,

RNG 2/2 7-mca1480.18 Senior Division, Vasai is transferred from Vasai Court to Family Court, Bandra Mumbai. Both the matters shall be heard together by the Judge, Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai. The domestic violence proceedings No.90 of 2016 pending before the Metropolitan Magistrate's Court No.11, Kurla Mumbai is transferred from that Court to Family Court, Bandra, Mumbai.

The respective Superintendent/Assistant Superintendent are directed to transmit the record to the Family Court,Bandra. 4.

Parties are directed to attend the Family Court, Bandra Mumbai on 12.11.2018.

Remaining prayers regarding access and other reliefs will be looked after by the competent Court.
