Challenge in this petition is to the order dated 9th June 2023 passed by Deputy Director Land Record against which the petitioners have already filed their appeal and the appeal is pending.

Since, the petitioners' appeal is pending before the Appellate Authority, the petition cannot be entertained. However, if the petitioners intend to seek relief of expediting the appeal, it is open for the petitioners to move before the Division Bench for such relief.
