The Applicant-Insurance Company has sought restoration of the appeal, which was dismissed for non-removal of office objections within the stipulated time. Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the objections will be removed within two weeks. 2.
In the light of the said statement and in view of the reasons stated in the application, the appeal is ordered to be restored. 1/3

At the outset learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to amend paragraph 1 of the application wherein wrong details of the claim petition have been given. Leave is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

Learned counsel for the Applicant states that the Appellant-Insurance Company has deposited the entire compensation as per the impugned Judgment and Award before the Claims Tribunal, Mumbai in M.A.C.P. No.763 of 2017.

In the light of the said statement, execution and implementation of the impugned Judgment is stayed pending hearing of the appeal.
