Today the matter is shown on board for speaking to minutes of order dated 19th September 2019 passed by this court.

Both counsel submit that, by consent terms dated 19th September 2019 both parties agreed that if reconciliation fails present Misc. Civil Application would be allowed in terms of prayer clause-(b) i.e. transfer of petition-A No. 2979 of 2018 filed by Respondent before the Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai to the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Islampur at District Sangli. 1/2

Both the counsel submit that, reconciliation is failed in the present Misc. Civil Application. Hence, the matter be transferred from Bombay to Islampur, District Sangli for hearing and final disposal on its own merit. 6.

Hence, by consent of both the parties, in view of subsequent development following order is passed:- a) Misc. Civil Applications is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b) which reads thus:- "(b) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to invoke the power under Section 24 of Code of Civil Procedure, 2002 and be pleased to direct the concerned office to transfer Petition-A No. 2979 of 2018 filed by Respondent against Applicant before the Court of Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai to the Civil Court Senior Division, Islampur at District Sangli;" b) No order as to costs.
