Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP appearing for Respondent-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions submits that in case the learned 24th MM Court at Borivali is directed to expedite the pending proceedings i.e. PW/2353/2018, in that case the petitioner will not press the other reliefs in this petition.

In the light of submissions made across bar, we direct the 24th MM Court at Borivali, to expedite and decide the pending Bhagyawant Punde
