This is an application for restoration of ABA No. 879 of 2017 which was dismissed for non prosecution by an Order dated 04.01.2018. The learned Counsel appearing for the intervener vehemently opposed the application.

The record indicates that Anticipatory Bail Application was dismissed on 04.01.2018 and present application for restoration is filed immediately on 11.01.2018 i.e. within a period of limitation.
