The learned counsel appearing for the parties would jointly submit that the parties have amicably resolved the disputes. The consent terms are tendered. The same are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification.

The Respondent is present before the Court and admits her signature as well as contents of the Consent Terms. The Consent

Terms are also signed by the Secretary and Treasurer of the PetitionerSociety. 3.
Ms. Kapadia, learned counsel appearing for the Respondent would submit that two cheques of Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.1,50,000/- mentioned in para-2 of the Consent Terms have been drawn by the Society in a wrong name. Ms. Kapadia, has accordingly returned the cheques mentioned in para-2 to Mr. Belage, the learned counsel for the Petitioner. Mr. Belage submits that he shall handover the cheques for Rs.1,00,000/- and Rs.1,50,000/- in the correct name of the Respondent by tomorrow i.e. 20 October 2023.
