The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the Respondent Nos. 1,2 and 4 have appeared before this Court, in spite of that the learned Registrar Judicial dismissed the Appeal against Respondent Nos. 1,2 and 4. The learned counsel further submit that the Applicant will take steps against deceased Respondent No.2. 3.

Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the Applicants and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the order passed by the Registrar Judicial dated 16 November 2021 is quashed and set aside. The Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) to (d).
