Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned APP. for respondent No.1. There is no appearance on behalf of the 2nd respondent though served.
2) This application is for restoration of Criminal Writ Petition No.206 of 2012 which was dismissed on 18 April 2013 as the petitioner had failed to carry out the amendment in spite of seeking time repeatedly.
3) On hearing learned counsel for the applicant and for the reasons stated in the application, same is allowed.
Criminal Writ Petition No.206 of 2012 is restored to the file subject to
Appln. 35-14 petitioner complying with the office objections within two weeks from today failing which the order of dismissal of the writ pertiton shall stand. Criminal application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. The petitioner to carry out the amendment and comply with the office objections within two weeks from today.
