ORDER:
The challenge in this Petition is to the order dated 29 November 216 whereby the Respondent No.1 Divisional Joint Registrar has condoned the delay of two years and seven months in filing the Revision Application. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, we are not inclined to interfere with the discretion exercised by the Respondent No.1 Divisional Joint Registrar in condoning the delay. The impugned order dated 29 November 2016 warrants no inteference. 1/2
k 2/2 905 wp 601.17 as.doc We however make it clear that before final order is passed in the Revision Application, the Petitioner Society shall be granted an opportunity of being heard. The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. All contentions of the parties are kept open.
