Mr. Gangal, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw both the petitions with liberty to avail of such remedies as are available to it under the Maharashtra Municipal Corporations Act, 1949.

In the above view, the status-quo as of today is continued for a Uday S. Jagtap
