The petitioner is working on the post of Assistant Teacher. She had submitted a representation dated 19.12.2016 Exh. C to the respondent no.2 Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Thane. According to the petitioner, the said representation is required to be considered by the second respondent keeping in view the GR dated 28.6.2016 Exh. B. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said representation has not been decided as yet. Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by

p22-wp-2936.2017.sxw directing respondent no.2 to decide the petitioner's representation Exh. C keeping in view the GR dated 28.6.2016 as expeditiously as possible preferably within six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
