The petition is filed seeking to quash the proceedings of MECR No.1 of 2015 registered with Pydhonie Police Station, Mumbai at the instance of Respondent No.2 for the offences punishable under sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 419, 120B read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. 3.

Learned APP for the State, having taken instructions from the officer concerned, makes a statement that after making investigation into the said FIR, the Investigating Officer has filed patilsr 1 / 2
