1] The prisoner seeks escort with direction to prison authorities to produce him on all dates.
2] Learned APP submits that similar request is received from other Jails have been appropriately dealt with by this Court.
3] Learned APP submits that there are various difculties including shortage of staf and hence, depending upon number of persons and need of their attendance in Court, arrangement for their production is made and some times video conference is also arranged.

13-cri-wp-404-20.doc 4] In this situation, he invites our attention to the earlier orders and submits that in view of directions issued therein, no fresh orders be passed in the present matter. 5] We direct the authorities to see that whenever attendance or physical production of prisoner is essential before the Trial Court, he shall be so produced and the respondents will ensure that his trial is not required to be adjourned as he is not produced.
