This writ petition is directed against an order dated January 13, 2022, passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal, Mumbai, refusing to grant adinterim relief. 2.

We are informed by Mr. K. V. Dabke, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner, that the application for interim relief has since been rejected by an order dated February 16, 2022. The said order dated February 16, 2022 has not been challenged in any independent proceeding. 3.

Be that as it may, the order dated January 13, 2022 having merged in the order dated February 16, 2022, we are of the considered opinion that this writ petition does not survive for decision. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
