The grievance made in the Petition is about pendency of Interim Application i.e. Exhibit 51 filed by the Petitioners under Order 7, Rule 11 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 on 27.09.2019 before the trial court. Learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Petitioners submitted that pleadings are completed therein and the trial court be directed to decide the same at the earliest.

Considering the limited plea of the Petitioners, the trial court is directed to hear and decide the Application i.e. Exhibit 51 after hearing all parties before 25.04.2022. Parties shall appear before the trial court at 11.00 a.m. on 13.04.2022.
