Learned counsel appearing for petitioner tenders across the bar a letter written to the petitioner on 24th September 2018, requesting the petitioner to contact the advocate on record and also to remain present on the date fixed for hearing of the aforesaid petition. He further submits that he has not recieved any instructions from petitioner pursuant to the said letter written by him. Therefore he submits that this Court may pass an appropriate order. The aforesaid letter dated 24th September 2018 along with acknowledement receipt is taken on record and marked as "X" for identification.

This order is corrected pursuant to the speaking to the minutes of order dated 26.11.2019.

When this matter was called out on 4th June 2019, none had appeared for the petitioner, therefore, matter was adjourned to today i.e. 20/06/2019.

In the light of aforesaid submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, and since it appears that petitioner has lost interest in prosecuting the present petition, petition stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
