This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for quashing and setting aside the F.I.R. bearing C.R.No.369 of 2014 registered with Navghar Police Station , Thane Rural for the offence punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Sections 4 and 13 of the Maharashtra Ownership of Flat (Regulation of the Promotion of the Construction, Sale, Management and Transfer) Act, 1963.

The learned APP Mrs. Sonawane on instructions makes a statement that after completion of investigation into the subject F.I.R. already 'B' Summary report is filed before the concerned Magistrate and the same is pending for consideration. Shivgan 1/2
