Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP.

Applicant is seeking regular bail in Crime No. 227/2018 registered with Silvasa Police Station 343, 376, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Investigation in the matter is completed and charge-sheet is already filed. Perused the charge-sheet. Applicant was arrested on 11/11/2018.

The story narrated by the complainant does not repose the faith in the prosecution story particularly when it revealed that for all the time, she was having her own mobile.

Apart from above, the fact remains that other accused persons are already released on bail. That being so, applicant deserves to be released on bail.

(A) Applicant be released on bail in Crime No. 227/2018 registered with Silvasa Police Station on executing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount.

(B) Applicant shall not influence witnesses or tamper with evidence.

Application stands disposed of.
