P.C.:- At the outset, Mr. Hulke, learned APP on instructions submitted that, the trial of the Special (Atrocity) Case No.22 of 2018 has already began and as of today the prosecution has examined 10 witnesses. He further on instructions submitted that, the prosecution may examine 14 more witnesses in support of its case.

2) In view thereof, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned Order dated 7th January, 2019 passed below Exh-26 in Special (Atrocity) Case No.22 of 2018.

Appeal is accordingly disposed off.
