The learned Counsel for the appellant submits that matter is settled out of the Court. She submits that she received instructions from her client to withdraw the present First Appeal as well as Civil Applications. She submits that the amount S.C. Magar 1/2

25.caf.2611.2018.doc deposited by them before the registry at the time of filing present First Appeal may be refunded to them with accrued interest, if any, along with the Court fees. To that effect, she has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. Same is accepted.

First Appeal as well as Civil Applications stand disposed of as withdrawn.

Applicant-Insurance Company is entitled to withdraw the amount deposited by them in the registry at the time of filing First Appeal along with accrued interest, if any, without furnishing any security.
