1) By the present application filed under Section 482 of Cr. P.C., the applicant, original complainant has questioned the correctness of Order dated 29.5.2015 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Pune in Criminal Revision Application No.368 of 2013, thereby granting stay to the proceedings pending before the Trial Court and fixing the said Revision for final hearing.

2) At the outset, it is to be noted here that the said Order dated 29.5.2015 is purely an interlocutory Order. By preferring the Revision Application No.368 of 2013, the respondents who are the original accused have challenged the Order of issuance of process against the respondent Nos.1 and 2. The said Revision is pending for final adjudication before the

The applicant can raise all contentions at the time of final hearing of the said Revision. 3) As stated earlier, the applicant has challenge the interlocutory order dated 29.5.2015 granting stay to the Trial Court proceedings and fixing the Revision itself for final hearing on a particular day, I find no merit in the application and application is accordingly dismissed.
