P.C.:- Learned AGP on instructions from the Officer of Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies, Malhotra House, Fort, Mumbai submitted that, the concerned Authority will decide the Miscellaneous Application No.7 of 2021 within a period of four weeks from today. He on instructions further submitted that, as a matter of fact, hearing of the said Miscellaneous Application No.7 of 2021 has now scheduled on 28th April, 2022 before the concerned Authority.

In view of the above, nothing further survives in the present Petition at this stage and is accordingly disposed off. Till the said Miscellaneous Application No.7 of 2021 is decided by the Divisional Joint Registrar, the ad-interim relief granted by Order dated 19th April, 2022 by this Court to remain in operation.
