Heard learned Advocate for the Applicant, learned APP for the Respondent No.1-State as well as learned Advocate for Respondent Nos.2 and 3.

The Court of Additional Sessions Judge - Thane has granted regular bail to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 as per the order dated 13th October, 2022. Certain conditions were imposed. One of them is not to tamper the Prosecution witnesses in any manner. Satish Sangar 1/2

The Applicant who is the First-Informant claims that these Respondents have given threats and the N.C.Report is lodged and that is why, condition is breached. If such is the grievance, appropriate forum will be the Court of Additional Sessions Judge - Thane. The Applicant is at liberty to move that Court. 4.

The contention is sought to be made that the Court while granting bail has not considered the merits. However, while granting bail the Court has also heard learned Advocate for the FirstInformant. So, this Court is not impressed by the said arguments. 5.

Application is disposed of.
