After hearing the learned Counsel for the applicant, when this Court was not inclined to grant any relief, the learned Counsel on instructions seeks leave to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court if the trial pertaining to CR No.316 of 2015 registered with Nirmal Nagar Police Station, does not commence by 31st December 2016. Leave and liberty granted.
