spb/ 904revn29-15appr22-15.doc The applicant be released on bail in sum of Rs.5,000/- with one solvent surety in the like amount or a cash deposit of Rs. 5,000/- in lieu of surety.

The Applicant shall deposit Rs.50,000/- in the trial court within a period of one week from today. If the said amount is not deposited within one week, the bail order shall stand revoked.

Criminal Application No. 22 of 2015 stands disposed of in the above terms.
