Learned APP, on instructions from Mr.Jambhaji Bhosale submitted that, after completion of the investigation police have submitted charge-sheet in the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 13th Court, Darar, Mumbai on 14th June 2022 and the case has now been committed to the Session Court at Greater Mumbai bearing Session Case No.647 of 2022.

In view of the above, the Petitioner is having alternate remedy under the Cr.P.C.

By reserving the alternate remedy, Petition is disposed of. 3.
