Thus, by keeping all contentions of the respective parties open, the Appeal from Order is disposed of.

3) With disposal of the Appeal, all applications therein do not survive. The same also stand disposed of. 4) Needless to say that the impugned order, shall continue to operate and remain in force till the disposal of the suit. However, the trial Court shall make an endeavour to dispose of Short Cause Suit No. 1972/2014 expeditiously, and preferably before 31st March, 2023. (Sandeep K. Shinde, J.)
