Heard Mr. Khaire, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant and Ms. Shinde, learned APP appearing for the Respondent-State. 2.

Mr. Khaire, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant after arguing the matter for some time, states that he has instructions to withdraw the Bail Application. He further states that the trial be expedited, as the Applicant is behind bar since 15th August 2022. 3.

Accordingly, the learned Trial Court is requested to expeditiously conclude the trial.

The Applicant is at liberty to file a fresh Bail Application after a 1/2
