In the meanwhile, the investigating officer of C.R. No. 657 of 2014 registered with Mahatma Phule police station for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 332, 333, 141, 142, Vishal 1/2

906-aba-103-2015 143, 146, 147 and 225-A and B of Indian Penal Code not to take coercive steps of arrest against the applicant subject to herself staying at the address mentioned in the application, attending the investigating officer on every working day in between 11.00 am to 1.00 pm and not committing any act intermingling with the investigation.

Applicant being a lady, the trial/remand Court to decide the application for bail preferred by her in accordance with the law at the earliest preferably on the same day subject to 24 hours advance copy of the said application with stipulation of date and time of surrender being served upon the other side and the applicant adhering to the said schedule.
