Matrimonial dispute between the parties is amicably settled and in Marriage Petition No. A-145/2017 on 29.01.2020 divorce decree by mutual consent has been passed.

Respondent No.1 has given today separate affidavit. Orally also she accepts the same.

She is entitled to withdraw the amount of 2,50,000/- deposited ɹ⏁ in Family Court after the impugned FIR is quashed and set aside. 6.

With these developments and joint request, we make Rule absolute in terms of prayer Clause (a).
