The learned Counsel for the Petitioners and Respondent No.1 state that their respective clients have resolved their dispute amicably and have executed Consent Terms. They state that the parties are present in the Court, and request that the Consent Terms be taken on record.

The learned Counsel for the parties state that the arrangement is strictly between the Petitioners and the Respondent No1. and the Consent Terms do not cast any obligation on the Education Authorities.
