This is an application for anticipatory bail for temporary period with a view to approach competent Court for seeking appropriate reliefs. The FIR is lodged with Parwanoo Police Station, District Solan, Himachal Pradesh vide CR No.156 of 2018 for offence u/s 420 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for applicant submitted that the applicant is resident of Mumbai and apprehending arrest in connection with aforesaid FIR. It is submitted that for a temporary period, protection u/s 438 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 may be granted to him to enable him to approach competent Court for appropriate reliefs. It is submitted that the applicant is willing to settle the matter with the complainant.

Considering the submissions, I pass following order :

ORDER
(i) In the event of arrest of applicant in connection with CR No.156 of 2018 registered with Parwanoo Police Station District Solan, Himachal Pradesh, the applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;
(ii) This protection is granted for a period of four weeks to enable the applicant to approach competent Court seeking appropriate reliefs;
(iii) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.132 of 2019 stands disposed off;
(iv) Parties and all concerned to act on authenticated copy of this order issued by registry of this Court.
