This Civil Application seeks to recall the order dated 10 January 2018 and to restore the Writ Petition No.74 of 2011 alongwith interim order. For the reasons stated in the Civil Application, the same is allowed. The interim order dated 29 March 2011 shall stand restored and shall continue to operate.

The Civil Application to stand disposed of.
