1-sa-87-2018.doc Pallavi compromise has been arrived at between the Appellant and the Respondent and accordingly, compromise pursis bearing Exh.103 was filed before the Executing Court in Reg. Darkhast No.118 of 1999 and accordingly, the said execution proceedings have been disposed of by order dated 4th May 2023 in terms of the compromise. Learned counsel appearing for the Appellants therefore, states that he has instructions to withdraw the Second Appeal. Accordingly, Second Appeal is allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. 3.
