After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission, after taking instructions from his client who is present in the Court, to withdraw the present Civil Application with liberty to file fresh Civil Application on the same cause of action. To that effect he has given in writing. It is also signed by the applicant. The same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The same is accepted. The Civil Application stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
