By Order dated 10th June 2016, this Court had directed issuance of notice to the respondent No.2 returnable after three weeks. The respondent No.2 is the contesting respondent in the matter.
The Registry has reported that despite this Order, the applicant has not supplied spare copy of the application meant for effecting service on the respondent No.2. It is further reported that acknowledgment of receipt of private notice by respondent No.2 is also not filed. On 1st July 2016, two weeks time was Gaikwad RD 1/2
(24)APPLNNo.432016 granted to the applicant to remove office objections. As yet, office objections are not removed and spare copy of the application is not furnished to the Registry. Prima faice, it appears that the applicant is not interested in prosecuting the instant application. However, in order to grant one more opportunity, the applicant is directed to furnish spare copy meant for effecting service on respect No.2 within a period of one week from today, failing which the application shall stands dismissed without reference to the Court.
If the spare copy is supplied within prescribed time, then issue notice to the respondent No.2 returnable on 22nd February 2018.
