The learned APP, at the threshold, submits that the trial in Sessions Case No.1136 of 2013 is in progress. The prosecution has examined two witnesses and the next scheduled date is 19.1.2017. In view of this, it would not be appropriate to consider the application for bail under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. at this stage. Hence, the application stands disposed of.
