P.C. :- The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. He states that the Petitioner will file a counter-claim within six weeks from today alongwith the application for condonation of delay in respect of the property in question. The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. All contentions of the parties in respect of the proposed counter-claim are kept open.
