Having heard learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and learned APP for the State, in our considered opinion, the petition can be disposed of by granting alternative prayer sought in the petition, namely, prayer clause (c). Ordered accordingly. The learned JMFC, 2nd Court, Bhiwandi is directed to dispose of Other Miscellaneous Application No. 3704 of 2015 as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within the period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2.
