Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned AGP for the State. Perused the representations on page 14 and 15. The grievance of the petitioners is that the order dated 31st May, 2016 (Exhibit-"C" to the petition) has not be implemented. 3.

The concerned authorities will have to look into the reasons as to why the order dated 31st May, 2016 is not yet implemented provided the said order is not set aside or modified.

We, therefore, direct the Tahsildar, Karad to look into the representations dated 1st January, 2018 made by the petitioners and take appropriate decision thereon as expeditiously as possible and in any event within a period of one month from the date on which an authenticated copy of this order along with copies of representations are submitted by the petitioners in the office of the Tahsildar. The order passed on representations be communicated to the petitioner.
