This is an application for restoration of earlier dismissed application seeking condonation of delay of four days. Said delay of four days occurred in filing the revision application challenging the order of the trial court thereby the present respondent/original accused was acquitted and the order of the trial Court convicting the respondent was stayed. Earlier this Court dismissed the delay condonation application and also the revision vide order dated 17th December, 2014. For the reasons mentioned in the application for restoration, the delay condonation application is restored to the file. Matter to be placed on 15th April,2015.
