Learned counsel for the Respondent No.1 states that the Respondent No.1/Original Complainant has withdrawn all the 11 Criminal complaints filed by the Respondent No.1 under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act on 21.09.2016 from the learned Judicial Magistrate F.C., Cantonment Board, Pune. He submits that the said complaints were withdrawn in view of the settlement entered into by and between the Applicants and the Respondent No.1/Original Complainant.

In view of the said statement made by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1, learned counsel for the Applicants does not press these Applications and seeks leave to withdraw the said Applications.

Accordingly, the Applications are disposed of as withdrawn.
