This is an application filed by the aforesaid applicant apprehending his arrest by Swargate Police Station in view of the complaint lodged by M/s. Aniket IT Services Pvt. Ltd. 2.

Mr. Yadav, learned APP submits that the applicant was called only for the purpose of inquiry and that his presence is not required in custody at this stage. He further submits that necessary notice will be given to him in case his presence is required in custody. 3.

In view of the aforesaid statement, apprehension of arrest is not reasonable. Application is dismissed with liberty to file fresh application, if offence is registered.
