The learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the Application as in the interregnum, the chargesheet is filed and the Applicant proposes to approach the learned Sessions Judge, afresh for bail. In such circumstances, the Criminal Application is disposed of, as withdrawn. Needless to mention that any such Application, if filed, before the learned Sessions Judge, the learned Sessions Judge shall decide the same, on its own merits and in accordance with law, without being influenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
