I have heard the learned counsel, representing the respective sides, and have perused the order passed on 20/12/2021 by this court in the writ petition.

It emerges from the said order that the protection was granted to the petitioner, exclusively on the condition of depositing the money. Secondly, it has also been ordered that there would not be any extension of time. It is also ordered that if the amounts are not deposited, the interim protection shall stand automatically vacated.

By this application, the applicant has prayed for extension of time, which is specifically barred by this court vide order dated 20/12/2021.

In view of the above, this application stands rejected. 5.

Needless to state that the directions set out in the order dated 20/12/2021, with regard to vacating of the interim protection, and permission to respondent No.1 to execute the recovery certificate, would become operable.
