Learned APP on instructions from Amarsingh Patil, Police Inspector (Crimes), Arnala Police Station submitted that, the complaint of Petitioner dated 5th January, 2023 has been inquired into and police have reached to the conclusion that, no case as alleged has been made out there from. The said fact has been communicated to the Petitioners by a communication dated 15th February, 2023 duly signed by Mr. Amarsingh Patil, Police Inspector (Crimes), Arnala Police Station. 2.

In view thereof, learned Advocate for Petitioner on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate alternate remedy available under the provisions of law. Leave and liberty granted.
