Counsel for Applicant is seeking short adjournment. Upon instructions, he states that dispute is amicably settled between parties after filing of Petition and it was of civil nature only. He states that investigating officer also has submitted similar report to the trial court.

In view of the statement that dispute is of civil nature and further statement that investigating officer has also found it to be of civil nature, we are not inclined to adjourn the matter.
